We collect information that helps us provide a customized and efficient real estate CRM experience. This includes:

Personal Data: Information you explicitly provide when setting up an account — full name, mobile number, email address, company details, and credentials.

Business Data: Leads list, customer interaction logs, site visit records, follow-ups, and inventory details inputted into the App.

Usage & Device Data: System information (OS version, device model), IP addresses, application performance logs, and feature usage duration.

We process your information for legitimate business interests, fulfillment of our contract, legal compliance, and/or your consent. Specifically:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the MT One App & CRM platform.
  • Facilitate real estate sales tracking, site visit coordination, and lead conversion workflows.
  • Send automated messages, updates, and CRM reminders (including WhatsApp integrations).
  • Deliver customer support, handle queries, and troubleshoot technical errors.
  • Monitor system performance and enhance application stability.

We are committed to securing your data. All records are stored on secure cloud database systems that implement standard firewall protocols, end-to-end data encryption in transit, and role-based access control policies.

Although we take commercially reasonable security measures to protect your information, no security system or transmission method over the internet is completely error-free or impenetrable. Thus, we cannot guarantee absolute data safety.

We respect your privacy and do not sell, rent, or lease your personal or business records to third parties. We may disclose your information under the following situations:

  • Third-Party Vendors: Service providers who help us deliver key features — SMS/WhatsApp gateways, email servers, and hosting providers.

Data Access & Edits: You can review, update, or correct your personal details at any time by logging into the App and visiting your account profile.

Account Deletion: To permanently delete your MT One profile and erase associated data from our servers, send a written request to info@mtone.in. We will process your request within standard legal timeframes.

The MT One real estate CRM is not designed for, or directed towards, children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or store personal information from children. If we discover that a user under 13 has registered without parental verification, we will immediately terminate the account and purge their data.

MT One is operated and hosted in India. If you access or use the App from outside India, please note that your information will be transferred, stored, and processed in India where our servers are located. By using our App, you consent to this transfer and processing.

We hold privacy in high regard. Unlike other digital platforms, MT One does not employ third-party tracking cookies or monitor your activities across other applications. We only process application logging and diagnostics parameters internally to identify performance bugs and refine CRM usability features.

To enable real-time CRM capabilities, the App requests the following device permissions:

  • Contacts List: To seamlessly import potential leads and register them into your CRM directory.
  • Camera & Photo Gallery: To take and upload pictures of site visits, building construction updates, and files.
  • Location Services: To verify site visit locations and aid sales teams with location-based visit tracking.

You may adjust or toggle off these permissions at any time via your device's operating system settings.

We reserve the right to modify or adjust this privacy statement at our discretion. Any revisions will be posted directly to this section with an updated revision date. In the event of substantial changes, we will push an in-app alert or notification to keep you informed.

We operate in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 of India, as well as general guidelines governing digital data management systems. We ensure your database values are protected under legally defined administrative procedures.
